Maintenance
Keep the fabric clean by vacuuming regularly with a soft brush to avoid damaging the texture. Stains? Use a water-based solution to gently remove the stain and then wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Do not rub, but dab! Rubbing can cause damage or permanent stains in the fabric.
Assembly
The sofa is delivered in two packages with clear assembly instructions. Don’t forget to place felt gliders under the legs to prevent damage to the floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
