Placing an order

Placing an order is very easy. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button shown with each product. If you would like more than one of the same item, you can adjust the quantity in your shopping cart.

Delivery times

Each item online indicates whether it is immediately available or what the expected delivery time is. If an item is in stock and shipped as a parcel, it will state: Delivery within 3–5 business days. These orders are shipped from our warehouse via DHL. As soon as we register your parcel with the delivery service, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow the shipment status.

For larger in-stock orders, the carrier DHL 2-Man Handling will deliver the order. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with the expected delivery timeframe, usually within 1–2 weeks (by appointment).

If an item has an estimated delivery time, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with the expected delivery date. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive another email with either the Track & Trace code or delivery scheduling information, depending on the shipping method.

Delivery of an order

Depending on the composition of your order, it will be delivered either by our carrier or by post. If the order can be shipped as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. If you are not at home, DHL’s conditions or any delivery preferences you have arranged with DHL will apply.

For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will take care of the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email after completing your order with delivery details. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. If you are not home on the agreed date and time, the package will be taken back by the carrier and a new appointment must be scheduled.

Products are delivered packaged and disassembled to the first door on the ground floor. In the case of an apartment building or residential complex, delivery will be made to the shared entrance, not to the front door of the individual apartment.

Delivery of multiple products

If you order several products that are normally delivered by different carriers, we will combine the delivery. Your order will be delivered in one single delivery appointment based on the item with the longest delivery time. This way, you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.

Shipping costs & service fees

When completing your order, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated and displayed.
