For each item, the website indicates whether it is available for immediate shipment or, if not, how long delivery will take.
If an item is available for immediate delivery, your order will be shipped via DHL. The average delivery time for packages within Germany is 3–5 business days. Larger furniture items are delivered via DHL 2-Man Handling. This is a specialized delivery service in which two delivery personnel deliver the order. The average delivery time for these shipments is 1–2 weeks, depending on the type of product and the size of the order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You can use this code to track the current status of your shipment via DHL. DHL typically delivers packages in Germany from Monday through Saturday.
If an estimated delivery time is specified for an item, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with the estimated delivery window. As soon as we have handed your order over to the carrier, you will receive another email with—depending on the shipping method—the tracking code or a calendar where you can select your desired delivery date.

Yes, that’s possible! We have fabric samples in stock for some sofas in our collection, which we’d be happy to send you for free. You’ll find the option to request a fabric sample on the page for each sofa in the online store. Click on the sofa and scroll down. If a sample request is available for that sofa, you’ll see a button labeled “Request Fabric Sample.” You can also request a sample by emailing info@woood.de or by calling our customer service at +31 (0)88-2290111 (if available).
Unfortunately, it can happen that an item or part of a piece of furniture is damaged. You can report this to us within 14 days of delivery by sending a photo to info@woood.de. Please also include the part number listed in the furniture’s assembly instructions. This allows us to send you the correct replacement part as part of our service.
Shipping costs depend on the type of product and the shipping method. During the ordering process, the exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed. The delivery time for package shipments is 3–5 business days on average. DHL delivers Monday through Saturday.

The new digital gift cards available online can be easily redeemed by entering the code printed on the gift card into the designated field during checkout.

If you’d like to redeem a physical gift card when placing an order through the online store, you can take a photo of the code on the gift card and email it to info@woood.de, along with the item number of the product you’d like to order, as well as your name, address details, and shipping address. Upon receipt of the email, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice in which the value of the gift certificate has been deducted and any remaining balance is shown. Once the remaining balance has been received, the order will be shipped, taking the delivery time into account.
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to upper floors. Ordered items are delivered to the first door on the ground floor.
An item can be exchanged provided it is complete, undamaged, and (as far as reasonably possible) in its original packaging. However, you must notify our customer service within the 30-day cancellation period. This policy does not apply to custom-made items (e.g., a table made to specific measurements). You may exercise your right of withdrawal in any manner, but preferably by using the withdrawal form. This form is included with your order or is available online (see our returns service).
The standard warranty period is 2 years—without prejudice to your statutory rights—from the date of delivery. If you have a complaint within this period, you can report it to our customer service at info@woood.de. We will process the complaint and review it based on the information provided. If necessary, we may request additional information (e.g., photos). If the complaint is valid, we will, of course, propose an appropriate solution.
We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of cancellation. However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have shipped them.
