Review guidelines

Leaving a review? We really appreciate it here at WOOOD—thank you! Your feedback helps us continuously improve our products and service, and helps other customers make the right choice. 

Before a review goes live, we review it to ensure it complies with our review guidelines.

Who can leave a review?

At WOOOD, two types of reviews can be submitted:

1. Product reviews

Customers who have purchased and received a product via woood.nl automatically receive an email invitation to write a review for that product.

2. General reviews

These are reviews about WOOOD in general, for example regarding our service or delivery. These are collected via the trustedshops review platform.

For product reviews, we always verify that they come from a customer who has actually purchased and received the product via woood.nl.

How is authenticity ensured?

We ensure the authenticity of reviews by:

  • Linking reviews to an actual order
  • Verifying that the product was purchased and delivered
  • Manually reviewing each review before it is published

This ensures that reviews are based on genuine customer experiences.

Are both positive and negative reviews published?

Yes. We publish both positive and negative reviews, provided they meet our review guidelines.

We do not alter or edit the content of reviews. This allows us to present an honest and transparent picture of our products and services.

Are paid reviews published?

No. WOOOD does not publish paid reviews and does not offer compensation, discounts, or any other form of consideration in exchange for a (positive) review.

What happens to my review?

Product reviews are received and reviewed by the WOOOD team. Since this is done manually, there may be a delay between when you submit your review and when it is published.

In most cases, a review is reviewed within a few business days and, if approved, published.

When is a review not published?

A product review will not be published if it:

  • Does not come from a customer who purchased and received the product via woood.nl
  • Does not relate to the product in question (for product reviews)
  • Contains questions or complaints intended for our customer service
  • Contains inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, or objectionable language
  • Contains personal data, addresses, or phone numbers
  • Contains references to (commercial) third parties or websites
  • Is of a commercial nature, including price comparisons with other websites
  • Is fraudulent or violates laws and regulations
  • Contains outdated or demonstrably false information that has since been changed and may cause confusion

We reserve the right not to publish or to remove reviews that do not comply with these terms.

Modify or delete a review

Would you like to modify or have your review deleted? Please contact our customer service via our contact page or by email at info@woood.de. Upon request, we will delete your review, and you may submit a new review if desired.

WOOOD reserves the right to amend these review terms at any time. The most current version is always available on our website.
