If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order. We accept returns provided that the guidelines below are followed.
Orders placed through the WOOOD.de webshop have a return period of up to 30 days after receipt, unless stated otherwise. After this period, the purchase agreement becomes final.
If you wish to make use of the return period, orders from Germany can be returned via our return portal.

Items that have been opened, used or damaged may also be returned within the statutory cooling-off period. If the item can no longer be sold as new due to use, damage, missing parts or the absence of the original packaging, we may charge a restocking fee. In that case, you may not receive a full refund of the purchase price. The amount of the depreciation charge is determined based on the condition in which the item is returned.

- Follow the steps provided in the portal.
- Carefully pack the items to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Always keep proof of shipment of your return.
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost return parcels.
Refunds
We will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping and payment costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been shipped back.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Right of Withdrawal
Have you exercised your right of withdrawal? If so, we will refund the full purchase price, including any standard delivery and payment charges, as soon as possible. We will do this no later than 14 days after we have received your request to withdraw.
Are you returning the entire order? In that case, you will also be refunded the delivery charges for the original delivery. If you are returning only part of your order, the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are always made via the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
If a product was delivered damaged and you choose to exchange it, the return costs may be reimbursed. If you opt for a refund, you will be responsible for the return costs.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
If you only return part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
