If a discount is applied to a product, it will be displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart, and during checkout. For discount codes, a maximum of one code may be used per order. And for the “Get a free product with your order” promotion, if you return your order, you must also return the free product.

We regularly host great giveaways on Facebook and Instagram. The terms and conditions are always specified for each promotion. The following terms and conditions apply to our giveaways:

Participation

• Participation in the promotion must be in accordance with the instructions provided by WOOOD.

• By participating in the promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions.

• Participation in the promotion is open to anyone residing in the Netherlands?? , with the exception of the persons listed below.

• Employees of WOOOD and De Eekhoorn, as well as all persons directly or indirectly involved in the organization of this promotion in any way, are excluded from participation.

• Participation in a contest is free of charge. WOOOD does not charge any communication costs.

• Participants are bound by the content and provisions of these terms and conditions.

Prizes

• Winners will receive a personal notification confirming their win; this may be sent via the social media platform where the promotion took place. If an email address was provided, the winner may also be notified via email.

• If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected after one week.

• Participants who did not win a prize will not receive a notification.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned. The prize won is fixed; the winner cannot choose a different prize.

• If a prize is declined, it reverts to WOOOD.

• All prizes are personal and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• WOOOD’s standard return policy does not apply.

Miscellaneous

• No rights may be derived from the outcome of this promotion.

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the promotion.

• WOOOD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and/or prizes at any time without providing a reason.

• In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, WOOOD shall decide.

• In the event of fraud or unlawful influence on the promotion, WOOOD reserves the right to exclude participants, withhold prizes, or revoke the right to a prize.

• If incomplete and/or incorrect (personal) data is provided upon entry, WOOOD has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or to forfeit the claim to the prize to be won.

Liability

• WOOOD, its authorized agents, or third parties cannot be held liable for any damages that may arise in any way from the promotion and/or the prizes provided by WOOOD.

• WOOOD is neither responsible nor liable for defects in the prizes it provides. WOOOD makes no warranty regarding the prizes it provides.

Data Protection

• We, of course, handle the data you provide to us in connection with the promotion with the utmost care. The data is stored in a file that complies with data protection regulations. The data will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those for which it was provided without the participant’s consent.

• The data will be used to carry out the promotion, announce the winner(s), and measure the response to our promotions.

• By participating in this promotion, you grant WOOOD permission to publicly announce the award ceremony and to use photos, entries, and/or other recordings/works for promotional purposes.
