Warranty
All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. The statutory warranty means that a product is of the quality and functions as a consumer might reasonably expect. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty in any way.
Damaged or defective items
If you have received a damaged or defective item from us, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a photo to info@woood.de. We will then inform you of a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Seller’s warranty
Our standard seller’s warranty is – without prejudice to your statutory rights – valid for 2 years from the date of delivery. Once a complaint has been reported, we will process it and assess it based on the information provided. If necessary, we may request additional information (e.g. photos). Should the complaint be justified, we will propose a suitable solution.
