Material
The Crissy fabric is a luxurious chenille fabric with a refined texture and a soft, comfortable appearance. The fabric is made of 100% polyester and feels pleasant, supple and comfortable. Thanks to the subtle chenille texture and light color nuances, the fabric has a calm, natural look in a warm taupe tone. The Crissy fabric has a Martindale value of 40,000 and, with proper care, can retain its beautiful quality for years. The wood used in the frame comes from an FSC®-certified supplier.
Maintenance
To keep the Crissy fabric looking its best, regular maintenance is important. Vacuum the fabric gently using a soft upholstery brush to remove dust and dirt. For stains, dab immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth and, if necessary, a mild cleaning agent. Do not rub, as this can damage the fabric's texture. Also avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and preserve the fabric's quality.
Assembly & Delivery
This item is delivered fully assembled in 1 package. On hard floors, place felt pads under the legs to prevent any damage to the floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
