Material
Valley XL-chenille is a luxurious chenille with a soft, voluminous texture. This fabric is made from 100% polyester and has a Martindale of 100,000, making it perfectly suitable for intensive home use. Thanks to the use of chenille yarns, Valley XL-chenille feels exceptionally soft and has a warm, inviting look. The wood used in the frame comes from an FSC®-certified supplier.
Maintenance
Be careful with sharp or rough objects; they can damage the fabric. Keep the fabric dust-free by vacuuming regularly with an upholstery brush. Stains? Gently dab the stain with an absorbent cloth. Do not rub, as this can damage the fabric. Larger stains can be removed with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Work with gentle, circular motions from the outside in.
Assembly & Delivery
This item is delivered fully assembled in 1 package. On hard floors, place felt pads under the legs to prevent any damage to the floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
