Material
The Basu series is made of FSC-certified pine, the back is formed from HDF board material. The pine furniture in our collections is FSC-certified and is treated in various ways. For instance, sanded pine is smooth and neatly finished and brushed pine is known for its characteristic grain marks and weathered look. For an even more robust look, pine is band sawn. Pine is characterised by visible flame and grain marks.

Maintenance
The pine items in our collections are treated with an environmentally-friendly, water-based lacquer, which significantly extends the product's lifespan. Treated pine is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth. To avoid circles and spots in the wood, it is recommended to dry damp stains immediately.
Stable and safe use
For cabinets taller than 50 cm, we recommend paying extra attention to the wall mounting. Installing fall prevention prevents accidents and keeps the cabinet from tipping over.
Delivery
The item comes in two packages and can be self-assembled using the assembly instructions provided. To protect hard floors, place felt glides under the legs. It is advisable to attach the fall protection with great care to avoid accidents.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
