Maintenance
Small stains can easily be removed by dabbing with an absorbent cloth. Larger stains can be easily removed with a mild detergent and a microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a hairdryer to dry the stain more quickly. Keep a safe distance so the fabric doesn't burn. Afterwards, brush the fabric with a velvet brush. This brush is excellent for weekly maintenance. Proofing is strongly discouraged for our velvet and teddy fabrics. Delivery The armchair is delivered in a single package. The legs are easy to assemble yourself using the included assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt pads (2 cm round) under the legs to prevent damage.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
