Material
This rug is made of 50% wool and 50% cotton. A (partly) wool rug is characterized by a soft hand and a slightly firmer structure. During the initial period, the rug may shed quite a bit; this is part of the process of this natural fiber.
Maintenance
Regularly remove loose fluff with a vacuum cleaner with upholstery brush or a squeegee. Gently blot any stains with an absorbent cloth. Do not rub, as this can damage the fibers. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the best quality.
Assembly & Delivery
This item is delivered fully assembled in 1 package. On hard floors, place felt pads under the legs to prevent any damage to the floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
