Material
This rug is made from 50% wool and 50% cotton. A (partly) woollen rug is characterised by its soft feel and slightly stiffer texture. The rug may shed quite a lot initially; this is a natural part of the process for this natural fibre.
Maintenance
Regularly remove loose fluff using a vacuum cleaner with a furniture brush attachment or a lint roller. Gently dab any stains with an absorbent cloth. Do not rub, as this may damage the fibres. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the best quality.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
