The Valen pouf is upholstered in Meave velvet fabric. Meave is a luxurious velvet fabric with a soft, comfortable texture. The fabric is 100% polyester and has a Martindale value of 40,000. The wood used comes from an FSC®-certified supplier.
Maintenance
Keep the velvet fabric regularly dust-free with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner on a low setting. For stains, gently blot with a damp cloth without rubbing. For stubborn stains use a mild cleaning agent. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the fabric's quality.
Assembly & delivery
The Valen pouf is delivered assembled as one package. For hard floors, attach felt pads to the underside to prevent potential damage to the floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
