Maintenance
The pine wood items from our collections are treated with an environmentally friendly, water-based lacquer, which significantly extends the lifespan of the product. Treated pinewood is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth. To avoid rings and spots in the wood, it is recommended to dry damp spots immediately.
Delivery
The article comes from an FSC-certified supplier and is delivered in one package and is easy to assemble using the enclosed assembly instructions. Place felt pads on the underside to protect hard floors.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
