Material and maintenance: The desk is made of mango wood, known for its warm, golden brown color and durability. Each plank has its own unique grains and color nuances, from yellow glow to dark lines and knots. This makes every Tug desk unique. Mango wood is easy to maintain. With a slightly damp cloth you can keep the desk dust and stain free. Please note: mango wood is only suitable for indoor use. Additional protection with a transparent coating is possible, but not necessary when purchasing for the first few years

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
