The powder-coated metals provide a luxurious look and are protected for life. A powder coating is a lacquer that is bonded to the metal using high temperatures. A powder coating provides full colour coverage and has a matte or (slightly) glossy finish.
Maintenance
All our metals from the collection have been thoroughly treated and therefore do not require re-treatment. Treated metal is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth, drying the surface afterwards ensures a streak-free result.
Delivery
To protect hard floors, place felt pads on the underside of the leg, this prevents damage.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
