Maintenance
In case of stains, immediately dab dry with a clean cloth or tissue. Definitely do not rub! Most liquids can be removed with lukewarm water. Use a gentle, circular motion from the outside in. Keep the fabric dust-free with a special furniture brush from the vacuum cleaner. We generally advise against impregnating our upholstered furniture. Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
