This rug made of (partly) viscose is characterized by its velvety grip and silky sheen. The rug can fluff up a lot in the first period, this is part of the process of this natural fiber. Loose fluff can easily be removed with a squeegee or the vacuum cleaner with furniture brush. If the natural fibers are colored, they are also sensitive to discoloration. Keep the rug out of direct sunlight.
This rug made of (partly) cotton has a soft structure and offers a comfortable feeling underfoot. With new cotton, there may be slight deformation in the initial period due to the fibres that are still settling. This is completely normal and is part of the natural fibre process. Cotton can also fluff a little in some cases, but this usually disappears after a short period of use. Cotton is sensitive to stains and can discolour when exposed to direct sunlight.
Maintenance
In order to enjoy the rug for as long as possible, it is advisable to vacuum the rug regularly without a brush and to turn it regularly so that no walking directions appear in the rug. In the event of stains, it is advisable to let a dry cloth absorb the spot with a dabbing motion. Friction ensures that the liquid penetrates deeper into the fibres and therefore remains visible. Loose piles and loops can be pushed back into the rug using a crochet hook. With a high pile carpet, stubborn high piles can be cut off.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
