Material
The frame is made of metal and polyester rope, ensuring weather resistance. The outdoor upholstery is made of olefin. Olefin is a strong, low-maintenance fabric that is water-repellent and UV-resistant, ensuring colours remain vibrant for a long time. Maintenance
Wiping down the lounge set regularly with a damp cloth will keep it in good condition. Stains can be gently dabbed with a slightly damp cloth. Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
