The cotton cushion covers from our collections are of a visibly high quality. The vegetable fibers are woven into a supple fabric that can be beautifully shaped around the cushion filling. The natural cotton fiber is very strong and wear-resistant in itself. The coloring of cotton fibers or threads is done with great care and therefore requires careful handling, so avoid coarse friction and direct sunlight. If the cushion cover has a zipper, it is possible to wash the cover at 30 degrees, let the cover dry in the open air but avoid direct sunlight. For a dark-colored cushion cover, it is recommended to wash the cover separately the first few times, as the fabric can still release color. Use a mild detergent when washing, otherwise the fabric can harden and feel less comfortable.
The cushions are vacuum-packed and are delivered in sets of 3 in a package. After unpacking, the decorative cushion will have its original size within a few hours. When unpacking, do not use sharp objects that could damage the cushions.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
