Maintenance
The plywood from our collections is treated and protected at all times. This allows you to easily keep the plywood item dust-free every week with a dry, clean cloth. In case of stains, it is recommended to rub along the grain with a slightly damp cloth, drying afterwards ensures a streak-free result. Damaged plywood can be sanded down and re-treated with a lacquer and stain of your choice.
Delivery
The side table set is delivered in one package. The legs are easy to assemble using the enclosed assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt pads on the bottom of the legs (ø1cm).

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.

- A refund will be issued as soon as the return has been received, checked and approved.
