MaterialSara is made of a combination of hardwood and MDF. The seat is filled with VP30 foam, which ensures firm seating comfort. The foam seat is kept in shape by strong elastic bands. Sara is covered with a matte velvet. This velvet fabric has a luxurious, matte appearance. Our Chyta velvet consists of 100% polyester and has an elegant quality. The material is very suitable for covering striking home items. In addition to the stylish design, the velvet fabric remains beautiful for a long time. The velvet fabric will not pill quickly and is colourfast. To the surprise of many, the fabric is also very easy to maintain.

Small stains can easily be removed by dabbing with an absorbent cloth. Larger stains can be removed well with a mild detergent and a microfibre cloth. If necessary, a hairdryer can help to dry the stain faster, but make sure you keep enough distance to prevent the fabric from burning. The fabric can then be brushed with a velvet brush, ideal for weekly maintenance. Impregnation is strongly discouraged for our velvets.
DeliveryThe article is delivered in one package. Place felt pads on the bottom of the floor protectors to protect hard floors. The Sara collection is only suitable for indoor use.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
