Material
The frame of Rocco is constructed from plywood, softwood, hardwood and chipboard. The seat is raised with a normal T3542 foam which ensures a lot of seating comfort, the backrest offers a supportive base and is filled with a normal T2130 foam. The matt black legs are made of beech wood. This Rocco is upholstered in a stylish, matt velvet. Our Jarra velvet fabric has a luxurious look. The fabric feels nice and has a beautiful matt sheen. The Jarra velvet consists of 100% polyester and has a full and heavy quality. The material is therefore suitable for intensive use (Martindale 100,000). In addition to the stylish design, the velvet fabric remains beautiful for a long time. Our Jarra fabric will not pill quickly and is colorfast. The fabric is, to the surprise of many, a very easy fabric to maintain.

Maintenance
Small stains can easily by dabbing with an absorbent cloth. Larger stains can be removed with a mild detergent and a microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a hair dryer to dry the stain more quickly. Keep enough distance so that the fabric does not burn. The fabric can then be brushed with a velvet brush. This brush is very good for weekly maintenance. Impregnation is not recommended. If this is deemed necessary, this is at your own risk.
Delivery
The armchair is delivered in one package. The legs are easy to assemble using the supplied assembly instructions. For hard floors, place felt pads under the legs. This prevents damage to the floor. Orders for this article cannot be cancelled.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
