The Musa rug is made of a fine mix of 70% wool and 30% cotton. Wool is known for its soft, but slightly firmer structure, which gives this rug a wonderful feel. It may fluff a bit at first, but that is part of the charm of natural fibers. Don't worry, you can easily remove the loose fluff with a vacuum cleaner with a furniture brush. Because the fibers are colored, the rug can be sensitive to discoloration, so keep it away from direct sunlight to keep it beautiful!

MaintenanceIn order to enjoy the rug for as long as possible, it is advisable to vacuum the rug regularly without a brush and rotate it regularly so that no walking directions appear in the rug. In case of stains, remove them with a damp cloth.
Delivery
The rug is delivered in one package. For extra security, it is recommended to attach an anti-slip mat to the underside of the rug, this prevents slipping and accidents.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
