Maintenance
Always remove stains from corduroy fabric along the corduroy. Blotting with a slightly damp, clean cloth will easily remove most stains. Is the stain more stubborn? Let a damp cloth absorb the stain. If necessary, brushing with a soft brush will ensure that the corduroy fabric continues to feel wonderfully soft. If the fabric can be removed using a zipper, washing at 30 degrees is possible.
Delivery
The decorative cushion is delivered in sets of three. When unpacking, do not use sharp objects that could damage the cushions.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
