Material
The Lucen pouf is upholstered with Meave velvet fabric. Meave is a luxurious velvet with a soft, comfortable texture. The fabric is made of 100% polyester and has a Martindale rating of 40,000. The wood used comes from an FSC®-certified supplier.
Maintenance
Regularly keep the velvet fabric dust-free with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner on low power. For stains, dab gently with a damp cloth without rubbing. For stubborn stains, use a mild cleaning agent. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the fabric’s best quality.
Assembly & delivery
The Lucen pouf is delivered assembled as 1 package. On hard floors, place felt gliders on the underside to prevent possible damage to the surface.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
