The strong melange fabric has a Martindale of 30,000 and is suitable for intensive residential use. The coarse melange weave pattern gives the fabric a full and deep appearance. The polyester threads are dyed per thread, which ensures that the fabric gets a beautiful, deep color melange with a clear weave pattern. Due to the coarse weaving technique, the fabric is somewhat sensitive to loops, so avoid contact with sharp objects such as nails or zippers as much as possible. In the event of stains, place a slightly damp cloth on the stain and let it absorb the stain. Rinse the cloth and repeat the process until the stain no longer gives off. Use a neutral soap for stubborn stains. Be careful with direct sunlight, this can cause discoloration of some fabric colors.
The Lofty footstool weighs 9 kg and is delivered in one package. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the bottom of the legs. The footstool has a leg height of 2 cm and the diameter of the leg is 5 cm. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the footstool is 90 kg.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
