The rich bouclé fabric has a woolly texture that immediately brings warmth into the home. The fabric has a Martindale of 75,000, which means that the fabric is suitable for intensive residential use. The dense weaving technique of this combination fabric (96% polyester / 4% polyacrylic) ensures the strength of the fabric, which means that the fabric will not wear or tear quickly, but increases the chance of loops. Each colour also has a high colour fastness, but it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight to prevent colour nuances.
In case of stains, immediately dab dry with a clean cloth or tissue. Definitely do not rub! Most liquids can be removed with lukewarm water. Use a gentle, circular motion from the outside in. If the fabric can be removed from the furniture, washing at 30 degrees or steam cleaning the fabric is possible.
The Lofty footstool weighs 9 kg and is delivered in one package. To protect hard floors, place felt gliders on the bottom of the legs. The footstool has a leg height of 2 cm and the diameter of the leg is 5 cm. The maximum load capacity of the stool is 90 kg.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
