A wool rug is characterised by its soft grip and slightly stiffer structure. The rug can fluff up quite a bit in the first period, this is part of the process of this natural fibre. Loose fluff can easily be removed with a vacuum cleaner with a furniture brush. If the natural fibres are coloured, they are also susceptible to discolouration. Keep the rug out of direct sunlight. The rug is also suitable for floors with underfloor heating.
Allow stains to absorb in a slightly damp cloth. Avoid friction, as this can cause the wool fibres to felt. Use a non-slip pad to keep the rug in place and provide extra protection against wear.
Delivery
The rug is delivered in one package. When unpacking, do not use sharp objects that could damage the item.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
