Material
The chair is upholstered with a mélange fabric made of 100% polyester. The fabric has a Martindale value of 10,000 and can maintain its excellent quality for years with proper maintenance. The base is made of matte black metal and offers sturdy support. The framework inside the chair comes from an FSC-certified supplier.
Maintenance
Vacuum the fabric regularly using a soft brush to remove dust. For stains, you can use a slightly damp cloth to gently dab. Do not rub, as this may spread the stain. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the best quality of the fabric. You can clean the matte black base with a damp cloth.
Assembly & delivery
The item is easy to assemble using the included assembly manual. Place felt pads under the legs to prevent possible damage to your floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
