The artisanal glass in the WOOOD collection ensures that each item is unique and that slight irregularities may occur in the collections. The coloring of transparent glass is done at an early stage of the process, an opaque coloring of the glass is done after the glass item has completely taken shape and cooled down. Our colouring techniques always use organic colourings. Simply keep the glassware dust-free with a clean, dry cloth. Any stains can easily be removed with a slightly damp, clean cloth. Drying ensures a streak-free result. Be very careful when treating the glassware, glassware always remains somewhat fragile.
The article is delivered in one package and is easy to assemble using the supplied assembly instructions. Place felt pads on the underside to protect hard floors.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
