Loose threads and poles
For a high-pile rug, cut off the poles with small scissors at the same height as the other poles. For a low-pile rug, it is recommended to thread the loose threads back into the rug with a (crochet) needle. Never cut these off, this causes holes.
Only remove the loose fluff, so wait until the fluff comes up. You can speed up this process by going over the rug with a squeegee, after each stroke you remove the fluff with a dry cloth from the squeegee. Or remove fibers and fluff with a special vacuum cleaner attachment brush.
Delivery
The rug is rolled up, delivered in one package. Ensure good humidity in the room and mist the rug with water to prevent extra fluff formation. Please note: if you have your rug professionally cleaned, the fluff may return.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
