Material
The sofa is upholstered in chenille fabric, made from 100% polyester. Our Nala Chenille is characterized by its woven texture, which creates a luxurious look and a subtle sheen. This soft fabric is made from 100% polyester. With its coarse texture, the Nala Chenille has a Martindale rating of 100,000, meaning it is highly resistant to snagging and pilling.
Maintenance
Keep the fabric dust-free by vacuuming regularly with a furniture brush. Stains? Gently blot the stain with an absorbent cloth. Do not rub, as this can damage the fabric. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the fabric’s best quality.
Assembly & Delivery
The Cloud corner sofa is delivered in four packages. The four sections are easy to connect using the pre-assembled connectors. To protect hard floors, attach felt glides to the bottom of the legs.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
