However, paulownia wood is very wear-resistant and lasts a long time, this makes the natural product very sustainable. The Paulownia wood has the coarse, robust characteristics of wood. This means that knots and cracks give the item its recognizable natural look. A disadvantage of this soft type of wood is its vulnerability when used frequently. Items made of paulownia wood can easily become damaged and are difficult to repair.
Do not place an item made of paulownia wood in direct or indirect sunlight for long periods of time, as this can cause the wood to dry out and crack. Keep the wood dust-free with a clean, dry cloth every week. Additional treatment with a transparent coating is possible, but is not considered necessary. Due to the coarse structure, the item is difficult to fully protect.
The item weighs 4 kg and is supplied per piece, with a minimum purchase of two pieces. Place felt pads under the stool on hard floors. This prevents damage to the floor.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
