Maintenance
The cushion has a zipper, so the cover can be removed. Small stains can easily be removed with a damp cloth, larger stains can be dabbed with a damp cloth and a neutral furniture shampoo. The fabric can be washed inside out at 30 degrees. To maintain the velvety shine, it is recommended to brush the furniture weekly with a special velvet brush. For years of stain protection, the fabric can be impregnated.
Delivery
The decorative cushion is delivered in one package. The cushions are vacuum packed and only have their original size a few hours after unpacking. Do not use sharp objects when unpacking the cushions, as this may damage the item.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
