Material
Papier-mâché is a traditional technique based on paper and glue. The papier-mâché items in our collections are made from 100% recycled cardboard and paper and generally have a light brown base color. All items are handmade, which means the candle holders may vary slightly in size, proportions, and finish compared to the product photos and the item in-store.
Maintenance
The papier-mâché items are not resistant to water and heat; it is recommended to use the items as decoration. This candle holder is suitable for tealights only. Do not use candles. You can easily keep the items dust-free with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and cleaning agents, as these may cause the product to deform.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
