Maintenance
Keep the fabric clean by vacuuming regularly. Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush to avoid damaging the structure. Stains? Use a water-based solution to remove the stain and then briefly wipe with a damp cloth. Do not rub, but dab! Rubbing will cause damage or light stains in the fabric. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the best quality of the fabric.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
