The polyester fabric is made into a rug by means of machine tufting. The underside has a protective, woven layer. The rug does not let heat through and is therefore not suitable for homes with underfloor heating. In order to enjoy the rug for as long as possible, it is advisable to vacuum the rug regularly without a brush and to rotate it regularly so that no walking directions appear in the rug. In case of stains, remove them with a damp cloth. The rug can fluff a lot during the first period, this is part of the process of this natural fiber. Loose fluff can easily be removed with a vacuum cleaner with a furniture brush.
Delivery
The rug is delivered in one package. For extra security, it is recommended to attach a non-slip mat to the underside of the rug, this prevents slipping and accidents.

Delivery and Returns
If your order can be sent as a parcel, DHL will handle the delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
For larger orders, DHL 2-Man Handling will handle the delivery. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is complete.
The products will be delivered unassembled to the main entrance on the ground floor. For apartment blocks or residential complexes, delivery will be made to the communal entrance, not to the front door of your own flat.
If you order multiple products, the order will be delivered in one go on the delivery date furthest in the future (the longest delivery time). This means you only need to be at home once to receive the delivery.
Returns service
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
